Rates

All rates are quoted in Namibia Dollars per person per night.

Prices for safaritents include breakfast and VAT; but exclude bed levy (2%), dinner, lunch, beverages and excursions/activities. We charge an additional fee of 10 Namibia Dollars per guest per night to support the community of the Twyfelfontein Conservancy.

Children under 12 years pay 50%, but only if they stay in the same accommodation as the parents.

How to book

When you have agreed to stay at Aabadi Mountain Camp, you can confirm this by e-mail. Aabadi Mountain Camp will then send off a confirmation and invoice you. Final payment is due on the day of departure (only cash). It’s also possible to pay by bank before arrival. Payment details: Bankaccount 54.10.75.675, to mrs T. Cancellation

Cancellation of your booking must be in e-mail. Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification. The scale of charges, expressed as percentage of the accommodation price, is as follows:

  • Less than 4 weeks notice - 50% forfeited.
  • Less than 2 weeks notice - 75% forfeited.
  • Less than 1 weeks notice - 100% forfeited.

Should you fail to stay at Aabadi Mountain Camp as per your confirmed reservation, arrive later than booked or leave prior to completion of your stay for whatsoever reason, no refund can be made.

Change your booking

Should you wish to change to an alternative arrival date after your booking has been confirmed, you may do so subject to availability.

Weather

Please be aware that the desert can be characterized by severe changes in weather conditions ranging from extreme cold to extreme hot, heavy rains and storms. Neither Aabadi Mountain Camp, nor its employees can be held responsible for any weather condition and no refunds shall be paid in event of guests opting to leave earlier or not being able to arrive due to weather conditions (i.e. flooding rivers, heavy rains, muddy runways etc.)

Pilots and guides

Pilots and guides are accommodated at the lodge if space is available against standard rates. In case every tented accommodation is booked, a small tent is available at the campsite.

Wild animals

Attacks by wild animals are rare, but no stay in the African wilderness can guarantee that this will not occur. Aabadi Mountain Camp can not be held responsible for any injury or accident during your stay and activities.

Responsibility

Neither the company nor any person acting for, through or on behalf of the company shall be liable of any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any causes whatsoever and without restricting the generality thereof. Aabadi Mountain Camp shall particularly not be responsible for loss or damage arising from any loss or damage caused by sickness, injury or death and weather, occasioned by negligence or not.

Booking of excursions

Whilst the company uses its best endeavours to ensure all booked excursions and activities are available as planned, there shall be no claim if any excursion is (unexpected) unavailable.

Special diets

Guests requiring special diets are advised to inform us well in advance of their arrival.
